While HHYBE, Korea’s No. 1 entertainment company, is conducting an audit of ADOR, the management company of girl group NewJeans,
It has been revealed that ADOR’s management is considering selling the company to a global investment fund such as the Singapore Investment Corporation

ADOR Deputy Director L is confirmed to have written a script comparing the pros and cons of two ways for HYBE to sell their 80% stake in ADOR.

Deputy Director L was recently transferred from HYBE to ADOR and appears to have played an important role in this attempt to gain management. He is accused of leaking important business secrets, such as finances and contracts, obtained while working at HYBE.

There are two main scripts written by Deputy Director L. The first is for two global sovereign wealth funds to buy back shares held by HYBE. The sovereign wealth funds are Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) and Saudi Arabia’s Sovereign Wealth Fund (PIF). PIF also conducts pre-IPO (pre-listing equity investment) in domestic entertainment companies such as Kakao Entertainment.

1. These people are the ones who will sell our country

2. Honestly, if you side with Min Heejin then you’re really stupid

3. How daring… Did they think they wouldn’t get arrested if they did that?

4. NewJeans is doing well but they sell it to a company in another country? Are they crazy?

5. You are a thief, a company founded with other people’s money. What are you trying to sell?

6. Wow… Goodbye Min Heejin

7. Crazy, it’s worse than I thought

8. ILLIT is just a shield and that is their purpose. They say that NewJeans won’t be like FIFTY FIFTY, but it seems true that NewJeans won’t be like FIFTY FIFTY

9. Min Heejin, if you want to explain, you have to explain these things. Stop saying weird things. What people are curious about is whether you are trying to take over management. I’m not even curious about ILLIT’s story

10. When articles like this appear, NewJeans themselves lose their freshness and vibe. Is this what a mother would do?
