The difference between Jungkook and Jimin who are companion soldiers in the same military unit

Two BTS members went to the same military unit but achieved different results.

Both Jimin and Jungkook enlisted as “companion soldiers” using the buddy system to train together in the same unit for the 18 months of their military service.

However the different results the two members achieved in the service shattered fake company narratives that has been pushed for years.

While Jungkook always had the image of the being the physically strongest member of BTS, the reality turned out to be completely different. He became the only member who got demoted into a cook after struggling with the basic training. 

Jimin, on the other hand, triumphed as the best performing trainee of his unit and received an award for it.  Jimin proved he can succeed on his own without company support.
