Why nobody in the K-pop industry is picking Jisoo as their role model?

Why nobody in the K-pop industry is picking Jisoo as their role model?

Blackpink debuted on August 8, 2016, under YG Entertainment, one of South Korea’s most prominent entertainment agencies. The group consists of four members: Lisa, Jennie, Rosé, and Jisoo.

Blackpink’s influence on newer groups in the K-pop industry remains significant. As one of the most popular and successful girl groups globally, Blackpink has set high standards in terms of music, visuals, fashion, and performance.

Nobody can argue with Lisa’s status as one of K-pop’s greatest performers and dancers. She is the role model of choice for many K-pop idols.

Jennie usually the one K-pop idols choose as their role model when it comes to fashion and stage presence.

With Rosé’s wonderful vocals, K-pop idols are picking her as their role model and getting inspired by her.

That leaves Jisoo; but what exactly has she contributed to Blackpink?

As Rolling Stone noted, Jisoo does not possess the most outstanding vocal or dance talent, which makes her uninteresting to other K-pop idols as a role model. She is consistently the least biased member of the group, and a lot of people seem to forget that she even exists.

However when it comes to having a goofy personality, she excels the most. Her ability to entertain their fans called ‘blinks’ is what keeping her career going. I guess her visual is the only thing that she can contribute to the group but that role can also be challenged by her members because let’s be honest, they are all pretty.
