I think the connotation of 2nd year is right, because just like school 1st grade doesn’t mean 1 year

Guys is’t TXT 3 – 3.5 years old? Why Koreans add 1-2 years always? Ok they use another sistem but you’re talk about a group who debut in 2019 and say “they’re 5 years old😭”, bro wtf?
english ppl counts groups years with anniversaries (in which txt are 3 years old, 4 years by next year), koreans count them by how many years they’ve been active. by the time 2023 happens, txt will have been active in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. so a 5 year old group.
