man it’s quite disappointing to see this whole situation, chart is heavily relied on radio but radio won’t play the songs unless they’re being paid, some armys definitely not streaming the song on Spotify too and our streams on Spotify also being filtered like crazy, and we got no choice to just keep buying and now they fucked up our sales too :/

idk our global streams for People Pt2 is not that good so for this I think partially it’s the fandom’s fault tbh. I mean after seeing how Jimin’s sales are getting fucked over by Billboard and we still don’t really know how it happened and how to fix this, those last minute buying were not it, we should maximize our efforts on streaming instead of keep relying on buying the digitals. Seeing how our active and big fanbases/fanaccs talks more or retweet more about Like Crazy than People PT2 , well… I think I got my confirmation right that this fandom certainly favoring maknae line more than hyung line.

Idc about Blinks because they’re all idiots who can never chart within the Hot100 properly anyway. But ARMY fanbases are really showing their colors when the release is not from Jimin. Most of them are Jimin-biased and they’re giving lame excuses like, “It’s burnout…,” “There’s so many releases.” Just stop with the fake outs. We’ve had songs after songs come out consecutively before and we had passed the baton for #1 on the Hot100. The fact is fanbases and ARMYs don’t give the same energy to other members’ releases compared to what they give to Jimin. You say, oh but BB Hot100 changed rules this month, STFU. BB Global Charts are unaffected by the rules and yet, Yoongi’s song is nowhere to be found. This is that same situation again where fanbases made excuses when Taehyung dropped Christmas Tree. They said it’s gonna be hard to chart cause Christmas songs are popular or they’re going on vacation. Streams going from 4 mil to 3 to 2 on it’s first week. Everyone keeps saying we could multitask but clearly this fandom are still busy pushing Like Crazy more than People PT2 with the Tiktok and requesting it on radio or things like that.
