It is more than obvious that her own company is behind this to pressure her to lose weight. Why else haven’t they announced legal action against so many malicious comments and also because she is a minor? Poor girl.

I’m sure Liz is a sweet girl but she should either take a break and work on her mental health or withdraw from the group. People can defend her all they want but at the end of the day she is risking the group’s image. Wonyoung and Yujin will probably still be able to survive off their individual brand sponsorships but Liz can cause the whole group to lose their sponsorships and brand deals or to be overlooked in the future because she brings down the group’s marketability. Plus she could become the wall for many people who want to enter the fandom and all in all these negative results will of course eventually ruin the fandom atmosphere and cause lots of in fighting between different member fans.
