Nayeon is very “neotenous”. In other words, she looks very child-like well into adulthood. Jennie and IU are the same way – ignore their bodies and just look at just their faces and see that they all have faces which literally look like little girls.
Neotenous traits are overwhelmingly the same as feminine traits:
Kids (compared to adults) = Shorter, More slender build, Less body hair, Wider faces, Flatter faces, Higher pitched voices, Thicker skin, Bigger head-to-body ratio, Longer torsos compared to limbs…Women (compared to men) = LITERALLY THE SAME AS ABOVE.
Asians are the most neotenous ethnicity:

This is exactly why Asian women are so popular with foreign men – Asian traits make them look young and thus feminine. This is also why Asian men are frequently seen as less masculine and have trouble attracting non-Asian women.
