These surveys are always hilariously fake. Literally every piece of evidence we have totally displays different results. Only BTS position makes sense for 95% of this.

I think the article does not say that these people are known by everyone in those countries, but rather that they are the best known of the small percentage that know them. I mean, like in the anime, everyone knows pokemon, but if you’re in the anime world, you’ll know which ones are the best known. Obviously no one knows about Korean actors except their fans, I mean I think we can recognize some of them from famous movies like parasite, train to busan and squid game but people in general (those who are not kdrama fans) don’t pay much attention to them individually

Yo creo que la gente que lee esto piensa que esta encuesta dice que esas personaa son super conocidos en todo el mundo pero en verdad esto es un porcentaje pequeño de lo que reconoce el extranjero de Corea. Osea por poner un ejemplo que estoy inventando :de un 100% , 30% de la poblacion extranjera reconoce a Corea por sus marcas como samsung,lg, hyundai etc. 15% reconoce su comida 15% reconoce sus lugares turisticos , 10% lo reconocr por su avance tecnológico, 20% lo conoce por bts (si pongo bts aparte) y 10% lo reconoce por su entretenimiento de ese 10% han hecho esa encuesta osea es obvio que estas personas no son famosos en el mundo sino que de ese pequeño porcentaje son los mas conocidos
