Its obvious they try cover this up with focusing on her visual here. Try compare her vocal with japanese n italian singers versions. She clearly lacking in term of emotion n experience. She is good as idol singer. But not as actual musical singer. She sound bland actually mainly due to her being young n lack of experience.

To be honest her voice is good but feel empty. I can feel anything from her voice. It’s kinda different if you compare it to someone like taeyon or seohyun. Their voices have soul and gives you goosebumps
